Shipping Procedure

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We typically take 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) to process and ship your order. Once it's on its way, you will receive another email with your tracking details. Delivery times after dispatch are 5–8 business days for the USA and UK, and 6–9 business days for Australia. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

Orders are dispatched from our international warehouse in Jinhua, Zhejiang, China.

Delays

If your order is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, we kindly ask you to allow an additional 2 business days (Monday–Friday) for it to arrive. You can also check your tracking details for the latest updates. If your package still hasn't arrived after this extended period, please contact us at hello@bycabotcove.com.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting hello@bycabotcove.com. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they have been submitted for fulfillment.

Order Processing & Fulfillment (US Customers)

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. If your order cannot be shipped within this timeframe, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to cancel for a full refund, in accordance with FTC Mail Order regulations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, please take photos of the issue and email them to us at hello@bycabotcove.com. We will promptly review your case and ensure you receive the correct, undamaged item.
